By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Unless otherwise stated, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used, worn, or washed items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the condition of the item
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by LaiSelect.
- For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
